Our mission is to be the premier pop-culture memorabilia auction for collectors who want to buy something rare and palpable from their favorite entertainer, so Knaisz Auctions is primarily specialised in presenting and selling rare and hard to find music memorabilias.
Please take care and time to read the Terms and Conditions very carefully as they form a legally binding contract between the Seller and Knaisz Auctions. Knaisz Auctions will not accept any alterations to the below Terms and Conditions or any variation thereof unless they have been agreed in writing by Knaisz Auctions.
1. – ALL SALES ARE FINAL
1.1 – All property is sold “As Is”. We make no warranties, nor does the consignor, as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of the catalogue or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property. No oral or written statements made in the catalogue, online listing, advertisement, bill of sale, and announcement or elsewhere made by employees (including affiliated and related companies) shall be considered a warranty. We and the Consignor make no representations and warranties, express or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to, any reproduction rights of any property. We and the Consignor are not responsible for errors and omissions in the catalogue, online listings or any other supplemental material.
1.2 – It is the responsibility of prospective bidders of live auctions to inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and to determine if it has been repaired or restored and/or to request a condition report. Please emailfor a condition report.
2. – You should assume that everything you see or read on the site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted, and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions without the written permission of Knaisz Auctions.
3. – We reserve the right to change any aspect of the published description of a Lot prior to the auction. Any change may be published on our website, displayed at the auction, announced by the auctioneer prior to the sale and/or communicated in any other manner. All copyright in Catalogues including images belongs to Knaisz Auctions.
4. – SELLERS
After sellers completed the ‘Consign With Us’ process and are comfortable with the contract and wish to proceed, we will need a signed copy along with the items shipped as soon as possible.
5. – BUYERS
5.1 – Before you can bid via icollector.com or liveauctioneers.com, you must register to bid online on these sites and accept their Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
5.2 – Bids will not be accepted from persons under the age of eighteen (18).
5.3 – All autograph signatures, letters, documents and signed photos are sold “as is”. The item description always contains the exact condition of the item, the size of the item, the story of the item and every other important information. The buyer must note these informations before bid.
5.4 – Knaisz Auctions is not responsible for the authenticity, attribution, genuineness, origin, authorship, date, age, period, condition or quality of any lot.
5.5 – You cannot cancel your purchase of a Lot once the hammer has fallen.
5.6 – The highest Bidder for each Lot shall be the Buyer, who has one to ten (1-10) business day to clear the payment after received the invoice via e-mail.
5.7 – A buyers premium will be added to the sale price for each lot, insurance and postage will be charged at cost. Buyer’s Premium is an additional service charge for which the buyer is responsible, to be added to the price of the item. The buyer’s premium at Knaisz Auctions is 19%.
5.8 – Knaisz Auctions accepts only the following payment method: bank transfer/wire. Buyer shall bear and pay the full cost, including all banking charges. PLEASE NOTE: Knaisz Auctions can’t accept payments via PayPal for items purchased at KnaiszLive.com. PayPal payment is only accepted for eBay transactions.
5.9 – Knaisz Auctions reserves the right to change the auctions, change the item descriptions, cancel listings at any time (before the sell and/or during the auction) and Knaisz Auctions also reserves the right to refuse the sell/auction of any items if Knaisz Auctions doubts about the authenticity of the item, the item is lost, damaged, or other reason to exist.
6. – SHIPPING
6.1 – We pack and deliver to any national or international destination. We use high quality packaging materials so that you can feel confident when you are bidding online that your item will reach you safely. Items will ship within one to twenty (1-20) business day after payment is received. If you are an international bidder, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
6.2 – Knaisz Auctions guarantee: Knaisz Auctions will accept returns only if the item is not as described. Returns must be within one to fourteenth (1-14) day after item is received by the highest bidder.
